Welcome to Cafe' Milano.

  One of the true loves of my life is cooking. I grew up 1 of 11 children so my mom not only cooked great but cooked a lot. At 77 years old she still makes a mean Spaghetti Sauce and Her Sour Braten is second to none. I can remember when I was a kid coming home from school always to a warm meal or something tasty. That's why I am in such great shape (author chuckles). Not only did she teach me how to cook she is my mentor and Friend.

  The context of this page is to share My recipes adapted from  years of my Mom cooking for her Family. Some of these recipes are completely my own but many hold true to the traditional style of my Italian/German heritage. I often find myself cooking for 5-10 close friends but at times have cooked for 35 people like this Thanksgiving past. The most recent meal was a killer sauce for the crew/gals/band and friends while we were filming the video "WIGGA".

  I will try to make everything easy to understand by using pictures and simple instructions. Feel free to use these recipes and enjoy a taste of my heritage.
