Salmon Milano

 

1.   Clean your salmon. Wash it good and get a long flat pan to cook in on.

 

 

 

2. Here is some of the stuff you need. About 4 cloves of garlic/4 small limes/ one small onion.

 

3. Spices: Rosemary/Dill/Lemon pepper/Sea Salt/ Black pepper/Brummel and olive oil.

 

 

 

4. See the chopper? Chop away my friends. Minced but coarse is acceptable.

 

5. Clean the fish!!!

 

 

 

6. Oil the inside enough to make your herbs everything cling to it

 

7. Sea salt about a teaspoon throughout.

 

 

 

8. In the middle of the pan put your chopped onion with some lime and garlic on it. Cover it with brummel or butter and smear all the other spices about a teaspoon each on the oiled inside of the fish

 

9. Lay your Salmon OVER it standing upright!

 

 

 

10. It should look like this!

 

11. Hey look at this guy. This is why every woman I date eventually moves in with me. Not because I am in a band, or because I am funnier than shit, not even because I rock in the sack. Because I can cook baby!!!

 

 

 

12. Squeeze some lime on it and use the balance of you spices on the out side.

 

13. Fish is cooked for 30-45 minutes at 300-350 depending on the size of it. 1-3 pounds the lower numbers. A fork should be inserted easily when cooked.
